A different take on the popular Jack & Beanstalk fairytale where instead of magic beans the lush green stalk grows from the sticky green bogeys that little bear, Baxter, flicks from his bedroom window.

We follow Baxter the Bear, as he climbs the bogeystalk in search of fun and adventure.

What will he learn from his various adventures?

My young children soon lost interest in the traditional bedtime stories, so after a huge amount of pestering I decided to make up my own.  The initial inspiration came from my 4 year old son and his enduring desire to pick his nose whilst I read him his bedtime story.

The book is aimed at young children up to Key Stage 1.
